This berry eggy bread makes a great weekend breakfast treat – and it’s healthy too! Serve with honey or natural yogurt for a fresh way to start the day

- White bread
- 1 egg
- 20ml milk
- 5ml oil
- 20 summer berries
- 1tsp honey
- 1tbsp natural yogurt (optional)
- Dip one slice of halved sliced white bread in one beaten egg and the milk.
- Fry in a 5ml of oil until golden on both sides, arrange on plates with approximately 20 summer berries and 1 tsps of honey or try with 1tbsp spoonful of natural yogurt.
